How You Book & Pay

Signing up and paying is very easy. Below are a few things that you need to know. Please have a quick read.

  1. Complete the form over to the right and click on the huge green SUBMIT button.
  2. Your form will be received by our team who will then arrange to send you a simple PayPal invoice for the $200 deposit. This deposit is included in the total tour cost and will be removed from your outstanding balance.
  3. If you don’t wish to pay by PayPal, you can choose to pay via bank transfer. Just let us know and we’ll send you the details. Once we have received your deposit, your 100% confirmed!
  4. You will then receive a balance reminder around 8 weeks before your chosen tour is due to start.
  5. We need to receive your final balance payment no later than 6 weeks before your tour start date.
  6. Once we’ve received your deposit payment you’ll receive official confirmation of your booking along with more details about your trip.
